GIVEAWAY TIME!

So I think all cool blogs have to have a giveaway. This one will cost you! You have to commit to no sugar for one week. That means no artificial sweetners either. We want you to see is it possible to go cold turkey and survive, actually thrive! Leave a comment on this post before Monday and then if you make it the whole weekm leave another comment next Sunday and we will draw a winner. The winner will receive a $10 gift card to Sprouts so they can stock up on honey and raw Agave. Good Luck!

  1. Don't get excited Denia, I'm not committing to a week without artificial sweetener. In fact, I don't think I could make it 2 hrs as I sit here drinking my 44oz Coke (don't tell the dentist) and eating my delicious Starburts - Promise I'll floss after. But I want to say is that what you are doing is amazing and I give you major props for even attempting such a challenge. So good luck to all you sugar with outs.

  2. Yeah! I'll do it ;) We even have a spouts five minutes from my house. I'm on day 23 of no sugar, and surprisingly it is easier this time than last, except for the brief moment of weakness when I spotted the Cadbury mini eggs at the store.

LUV YOU! It's been too long, we should play sometime! I need to meet those darling red -heads of yours :)

  5. I just saw this, but I am in!(for the challenge if not the giveaway) I've had one slip up since the year began, on MLK day:I worked late, and Mike had black & white cookies and Seinfeld cued to celebrate Civil Rights, it was too cute. But other than that I have loved using natural sugars and have lost 5 lbs this month. My next step is to look closer at my foods and find hidden un-natural sugars. Good luck everyone.

  7. Merilee is in for one week. She couldn't seem to log on so I'm posting this for her. Remember, you can use any non-refined natural sweeteners like we have listed for you at the top of the blog.

  9. Dee, to answer your question. I shop at Costco and Walmart. Seth is also having no sugar with me. Last night for our movie night treat, I sliced up a pink lady apple with chedder cheese. So far we are both doing well with no sugar.
